We offer a rich programme variety for all generations. We prepare for free time festive events when we celebrate evosoft successes with our family members. They are all gatherings where all of our evosoft colleagues can share the happiness we feel over achieving the success that we reach together.

corporate relations
evosoft has been fostering fruitful partnerships with more Hungarian tertiary education institutes. We regularly present at open days, on professional forums and associations events; we participate in programs of higher education and trainings. We aim to introduce our work processes and everyday life through illustrative practical examples with real-life teaching.
We are an innovative company
Innovation is knowledge - and knowledge is value, market advantage and intellectual power. In addition to our day-to-day work at evosoft, we also strive to explore new areas, answer technology questions and even solve problems that will impact the lives of generations.
Professional activities
We also organize such in-house and external events, where junior and experienced engineers can share their knowledge with each other. As a corporate tech company, we think it is essential to motivate our colleagues with professional in-house programmes, in which they can familiarize themselves with other branches’ profiles: projects, technologies; furthermore, strengthen and broaden their knowledge and scope.
Women in IT
We support women’s equal opportunities in the labour market. We wish to achieve that more women could choose IT professions as their vocation. We are happy that more than 10 percent of evosoft staff are ladies; this figure shows an exceptionally good ratio among other companies in the IT sector. Our Head of Automation & HMI Department, Tünde Balogh put forward an initiative, so we created the “Women in the IT sector” community in the spring 2018. It is an in-house initiative to popularize technical and IT areas in the circle of women beyond the gates of evosoft as well.

Sports Club
Doing sports, getting up and moving together are fun! This goal motivated us when a few years ago we followed our colleagues’ initiatives and we brought evosoft Sports Club into life together. Through the club, we provide opportunities and support for our employees to do some sports activities on-site and organize sports events.
