evolution Summit Budapest

We organize our yearly Town Hall Meeting - called evolution Summit Budapest from 2022 - with professional talks for the colleagues. We hold the event at our new headquarters, Univerzum, in a hybrid format: we stream it online and offer in-person participation. The knowledge-sharing event will feature both our colleagues and external guest speakers on professional and soft skill topics. We are keen to showcase this content to the outside world, so we have opened it up to outsiders from 2021. The event provides an opportunity for exchange and networking between colleagues and professionals. The past topics have included innovation, the test pyramid, architectural responsibilities, electric cars, emotional intelligence, non-violent communication, women in IT, burnout, and more. The event is preceded by more than half a year of preparation, including rhetorical training, a mentoring programme, a video campaign and a final rehearsal.

New Year’s Party

We consider closing the past year and greeting the new one as an evosoft tradition. Our co-workers and their partners greeted the coming year with a January New Year Music and Dance Party. After the winter festivals, this period is an excellent opportunity for setting new goals, dreaming new dreams and designing new plans, and this is the time when we get into a new swing to realize them. The Budapest event was hosted by one of the capital’s most popular entertainment facilities, Akvárium Klub in Erzsébet tér.

In Miskolc and Szeged, we celebrate the closing of the year with a Christmas Party, commemorating the achievements and successes of the given year.
