Our Values

The most important value for us is our colleagues, therefore we consider as one of our priorities that taking a position at us should not only be just an activity but a real experience. We must find common ground regarding personal and company goals. In other words: ”being” and ”doing”, also called  ”intrinsic motivation” and ”everyday activities”, could grow into true dedication and co-workers could work on shaping novelties and innovations.

With the help of our colleagues, we collected adventures, experiences, stories and feelings that most characterize evosoft. We have identified five company values, continuous growth, care, presence, trust and something we should still partly reach, bravery. These features qualify most of the evosoft employee experience; these make us unique and special in the national IT market.

We want to communicate our values not only in words but in practical action plans. We intend to commit ourselves to them; make them work at every level of the hierarchy daily. Our vision includes that evosoft must be a self-organizing company that can adapt to individual needs flexibly.  We wish to become a dynamic and inspiring workplace where everyone can do their best. We work on forming a community made of pro-active, accepting members who target improvement, where authentic leaders can set the examples and create opportunities for co-workers to develop, to realize their full potentials.

We believe that all these characteristics are here and now with evosoft. We can strengthen them and develop together while creating an innovative, inspiring and reliable working environment.

Our values ​​and the CREDO

In addition to our Values, there is another principle that fundamentally defines evosoft: the CREDO. This foundational document, the CREDO encapsulates everything we believe about evosoft as a workplace and community, including the company's attitude and human relations.
