Listen to what evosoft's Credo is all about!

We have reached a (very important) milestone. Credo, the foundational document summarizing the creed of evosoft's Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) program, has been created.

This principle reads briefly as follows:

“We want you to be the best version of yourself at evosoft - a place where you truly belong.”

It wasn't an easy road, and it took a long time to complete this document. In the meantime, we thoroughly discussed what could make evosoft a workplace that

  • where we feel good,

  • where creativity and innovation – and business value at the same time – are recognized as being rooted in diversity,

  • where all conditions are provided to bring out the best in ourselves,

  • all while maintaining our self-identity,

  • and being a true part of a welcoming and accepting community.
