Focus on innovation

It's time to talk about everything that IS innovation in our mini-series.

We launched an initiative in our previous Budapest HQ: an evosoft innovations ambassador guided us through the world of different evosoft innovation projects. We will now continue this series. We have made several short videos: you can see what topics/projects are running or have just finished.

And why are we presenting them?

We talk a lot about what challenges and initiatives we regularly join. However, we don't talk much about the experience we have had and the results we have achieved, although they are often outstanding.

It's high time to talk about everything in a mini-series! 😊 First, about the goals in the introduction. (The video is available in Hungarian.)

How would you connect LEGO with the world of IoT? In the first episode of our innovation series, we present the LEGO challenge. One of our Product Owners will be your guide on the topic.

And why is this innovation challenge so unique? They let the engineers play! 😊(The video is available in Hungarian.)

In the second episode of the series, we talked to evosoft's Head of Innovations about the challenges. We've had The Game of Homes, we're always trying out new technologies, seen a turkey farm up close, and had a taste of 5G. Without exception, these topics all bring us closer to a real sense of ownership. (The video is available in Hungarian.)

A child’s curiosity and an engineer’s enthusiasm meet at evosoft. TinkerLAB is a place for colleagues to think innovatively and turn their ideas into reality. TinkerLAB is the innovation lab where project boundaries extend. It is a special place having the right tools and infrastructure for any development or experiment. Watch the short for more details, directly from TinkerLAB’s father. (The video is available in Hungarian.)

We've come to the final episode of the first season of our series, in which we take stock of evosoft innovations. How many hours do you think our colleagues spent on innovation overall? How many projects does this mean in total? Who decides whether and how an idea becomes an innovation? (The video is available in Hungarian.)
