Determination can accomplish anything

Does the impossible really exist, or is it just our imagination? Zoltán Tóth tries to answer this question by presenting his own life's journey.

You can read a detailed article about the evolution Summit Budapest 2024 on our blog. We thought it would be a good idea to bring the event closer to everyone. One of the best ways to do this, we believe, is by having some of our speakers to introduce themselves to you.

You can find the introduction of Zoltán Tóth detailed below:

„I have been with evosoft over 5 years, and I am currently working on the Thycotic PAM system. I want to talk to you all because I often notice that many people fail to appreciate what they have.

I wish to open your eyes that the most important and valuable things are often right in front of us; you just need to take notice. As the title of my presentation suggests, having only one opinion is impossible. I will demonstrate with practical examples that every problem is simply a task, and as any task can be solved step by step, so too can the seemingly impossible. Consistently doing it every day is crucial, even if the results aren’t immediately visible, as over time, you will achieve tangible outcomes.

Solution to every problem or seemingly impossible mission lies in awareness, consistency and determination to act. I aim to inspire just 1 person to change their life; if I achieved that, I consider it a victory. Yes, any progress or resistance to change is only possible if you step out of your comfort zone. Yes, the initial discomfort can be daunting, and obstacles may seem overwhelming at first. However, overcoming each hurdle only strengthens and improves you. When you reach the end of the journey and witness what you’ve accomplished, the feeling is truly remarkable. While I haven’t reached the end of my journey yet, I’m making steady progress. I have some partial results to share with you and thought they may not be overwhelmingly spectacular. By putting action behind my words, I give real meaning to this description. Empty promises are transformed into tangible achievements.”
