Career orientation: "Easy as ABC or not?"
With this slogan of the Annual Professional Conference 2023 of the EJMSZ, Alliance for the Future Engineers, was organized at evosoft headquarters. As members of the organization, we have been working to build a bridge for future engineers for almost a decade, introducing new aspects to engineering as a career.
Lab visits to show the highligths of the software development profession.
At the conference, we discussed career choice attitudes with prominent representatives of the IT sector. The members of the EJMSZ working groups presented the initial findings from the annual panel research, highlighting the obstacles and opportunities associated with choosing a career. The EJMSZ School Awards were presented at the event, and participants of the EJMSZ Engineering Career Orientation Mentor System introduced themselves.
During the conference panel discussion entitled This is how we do it, some representative members of the organizations shared their experiences in the career counseling field. Our company was represented by Zoltán Gönye, Head of Marketing and Communication.
Career counselling is the common interest of market players, with educational institutions, as well as industry and IT sector players, playing a fundamental role. The short-term and long-term goal of evosoft is to enhance the prestige and popularity of the engineering profession by leveraging our market experience and collaborating with representatives of the engineering field.
