Cooperation agreement between Delta and evosoft
After several months of preparation, Delta Systems Kft. and evosoft Hungary Kft. signed a letter of intent on cooperation. In addition to solutions requiring the integration of state-of-the-art platforms and boxed systems, orders involving individual developments have become more and more common on the market recently. One of Hungary's largest system integrators and one of Hungary's leading industrial software developers will now be able to implement IT developments with much higher added value, thus increasing their competitive advantage in the domestic and international market.
The pandemic situation has accelerated IT developments worldwide, and under the pressure of digital transformation, all public institutions or public institutions have simultaneously overcome their disadvantage or jumped ahead of their competitors. Whether it is education, public administration, trade, goods handling, or even the manufacturing and service sectors, they decided to order and implement IT developments faster than before.
The post-covid period creates a new situation: more complex and forward-looking developments are on the table, moreover, due to the difficulty of the financing environment and deteriorating growth prospects, customers are more prudent and investors' profit expectations are stricter. Meanwhile, innovation has gained new momentum: decision-makers are getting acquainted with new concepts, and prototypes have been transferred to everyday developments in many areas.
This market environment gave birth to the cooperation between Delta and evosoft. In the past, system integrators sought to create the widest range of supplier partners, hoping that there would be a suitable ready-made solution from the range to meet a specific customer need. Today, system integrators can only be successful on the market if they get to know the needs of customers more thoroughly than before, and they are not averse to recommending custom software development in addition to the correct assembly of system components, for which it is better to work with a narrower but trusting circle of partners. Meanwhile, developers faced the problem of needing a third party to serve customers correctly, who serves as an interface, performs project management, liaises with the customer, guides them through the bumpy road of development, and last but not least, coordinates work with other supplier partners.
The Delta Group, represented on the stock exchange through Delta Technologies Plc., is currently one of the largest IT system integrators in Hungary, employing about 250 employees and liaising with 300 supplier partners to serve its customers at the highest level. Delta offers customers of all sizes complete IT infrastructure solutions; This includes complete architecture design, design and deployment of network solutions and hardware components, application integration, and infrastructure management. Its clients cover a wide range of the Hungarian economy, but it can also boast of numerous benchmark projects in the fields of public administration, health care and education, which are expected to produce significant growth in the coming years.
