evoSWALP - Software Architect Program

Would you like to step from an excellent developer to a self-contained, technical leader?

evoSWALP summarizes the development of knowledge and skills needed by our software architects. It is designed to help experienced software developers become architects.

The program has two types, which have different goals and different audience:

evoSWALP Standard

This program gives the required technical and soft skills for experienced developers to make the next step and become a software architect.

evoSWALP Compact

The goal of this program is to give a common understanding about the specifics of the architect role in evosoft to colleagues who are already working as an architect or have a similar job as an architect.

The professional part of the evoSWALP is delivered by our experienced evosoft colleagues who are also well-trained internal instructors, enabling content that is best suited to our operational characteristics. And the soft skill part is delivered by external trainers.

evoSWALP is recommended to our employees who, with a few years of professional experience, want to perform higher-level software development and architect tasks in their project within 1-1,5 years after the training.

And the opportunities for development do not end here. evoSWALP is a prerequisite to further training in the Siemens Group: the next steps could be the Test Architect (TeA) or Software Architect (SwA) Programs.

evoPR - Project Responsible Programme

Do you plan to work as a Project Responsible? We support your career plan with the unique evoPR programme.

The evoPR programme was launched in 2018 with the goal of providing colleagues in the Project Responsible role with a unified, company-level training on their day-to-day tasks. The training was built on 5 main stages of project management and contains e-learning materials, soft skill trainings, professional workshops and mentoring.

What can you learn in this program?

  • Project Management Essentials (instructor-led training)

  • Project Management Process - initiating, planning, executing, monitoring, closing (self-paced web-based trainings)

  • Soft skills development (instructor-led training)

Depends on the volumen of your project, you can continue the learning in the frame of the Project Management Certification levels of Siemens.
