Attila Majoros

Attila has been working for evosoft in a Team Manager position since 2019; he manages the O2.09 team. Three Heads of Department participated in his job interview: when he chose us in the end, I felt elated.

His current team belongs to the HMI domain; they mainly deal with the WinCC tooling area. It comes with diverse responsibilities from the duties and technologies’ point of view; they actively liaise with several teams due to the developments.

Besides leading a team as a TM, Attila had a vision of, set up, operates and is renewing TinkerLab. He is currently designing the TinkerLab area within Univerzum as well, the new HQ building. He has truly cared about the project since the start. The aim of the Lab is to bring colleagues closer to installation, DIY. He represents himself in several innovation projects as the mastermind or a participant; for instance, he is in close contact with the Csepel plant in more projects; furthermore, he actively involves himself in the SG topic as well.

The Researchers’ Night initiative has been originated from Attila, too. When taking the first steps in organizing the event at evosoft, he presented a workshop idea and compiled the concept. He planned what visitors could do, ordered the tools, and held these workshops involving colleagues, which became an overnight success. We owe much to his innovator and initiator skills. He showed his talent in graphics several times by preparing all his challenge posters, logos himself. Whatever we turn to him with, he always presents a good idea. It is the reason why I believe he deserves the award. He always smiles, has a positive attitude, and an innovative and creative personality.

Presence qualifies him best from our core company values since he is in everything everywhere, from posters through logos to Researchers’ nights or 5G developments. Apart from all these, he fulfills his TM responsibilities. The other value characterizing Attila is growth: he continuously learns, does research. One of our future objectives is to complete TinkerLab as soon as possible with novel workshops and innovations; furthermore, to be enthusiastically present in the area of innovation as before.
