Employee of the Year
A real mate who does his best to succeed in his responsibilities, tasks and make evosoft successful.
Levente Vigh, Clinical Solutions
Levi has been strengthening evosoft’s team since 2007; he has made a long journey during the time. He has already tried himself in several roles; still, he has stayed loyal to the department and the software development in medical technologies we pursue here. From April 2017, he made a step up as a system analyst, and in the meantime, he took the scrum master duties over in the Workflow domain. The business year 2019 proved to be a turning point in his career: following a job rotation to the Reporting domain within the department where he got the product owner role, he became the domain owner of the area itself from spring 2020.
Levi coordinates 3 teams – one in Budapest, two in Miskolc – with investing his immense energies into the role as usual. Our German partner appreciates Levi’s work, his commitment to his role. We see that the domain owner liabilities are in the best hands both from the partner’s and evosoft’s side.
Levi carries a great responsibility on his shoulder: he must define how the product should look, oversee the backlog of the Reporting area and decide what big topics should be included in the development cycle of a version as the domain owner. He liaises with the German product development stakeholders and various business lines who use the software solutions provided by evosoft. What proves Levi’s recognition by our partners is that two syngo development leaders personally proposed him to take a role in the syngo Carbon project, too, besides his domain owner liabilities.
I got to know a professional, committed, diligent and humble colleague in Levi, who can simultaneously lead more projects to success. Beyond his daily duties, he has temporarily taken on the Team PO role of the Eger team in Miskolc, even if it took longer than expected.
Above all this, he had energies left to create the O4 R&D competition. He devoted more weekends and a lot of energy to the complex, professionally extensive palette of the application material he compiled with Árpi Metzing.
Levi further strengthens evosoft’s good reputation as a university lecturer and with his prominent role in building clinical relations. Levi does not only support, but actively forms the department strategies with his insight and future vision of evosoft’s clinical solutions.
He has presented at the Town Hall Meeting many times, he is outstandingly active in several interdepartmental topics, and he is also the leader of evosoft Sports Clubs. He receives the appraisal and feedback usually saying: ”I serve my country.” This attitude originates from Levi’s time spent with the army. However, besides the army discipline so characteristic of him, he is a very cheerful and benevolent co-worker, a real mate in the evosoft community.
I would highlight growth from our company values at Levi since he has considerably grown in several areas in the past few years. Trust is an essential value to him as well: the jobs completed that he hands over – despite the taking on extremely a lot – are of impeccable quality. I would add presence to him because he participates in many things on the company level, his visibility is excessively high.
