Engineering careers through women's eyes

Earlier, you may have read on our blog that we had conversations with our female colleagues regarding their experiences working in IT, particularly at evosoft. In the first episode, Bíborka and Vera shared their insights on the interesting aspects and challenges of engineering careers, as well as the stereotypes they encountered.

In the second episode, Éva Kovaliczky (Embedded & Runtime), an electrical engineer who graduated from the Budapest University of Technology and Economics, and Zsófia Róth (IT), a corporate informatics student at the University of Dunaújváros, had a conversation with Imi Horváth. They discussed the following topics:

  • When and how they first encountered IT

  • Their first impressions of evosoft, and how those impressions evolved over time

  • Thoughtfulness and courtesy in everyday work life
