Mulled wine tasting – led by the Hungarian ’champion sommelier’, Antal Kovács

We have a few events we treat like old traditions, although they evolve from time to time:

  • the daily serving of cookies lives on today as daily fruit

  • evoPiknik has grown from the former Family Day

  • the Santa Claus party (if the COVID situation allows it) has remained the same, only Santa is no longer personified by one of our colleagues or the CEO

  • the new name of our town hall meeting is Evolution Summit Budapest now

  • and we also hold the tradition of the Christmas Party (New Year's Party).

These are the events we organize every year, some of which have been in the tradition for decades.

Again and again, there are new initiatives, and which ones will become a decades-old tradition? We'll see. One of our attempts in 2021 was the mulled wine-tasting event. We invited one of the best Hungarian sommeliers, the Hungarian champion sommelier, Anti Kovács. The event was held at all three of our sites - Budapest, Miskolc and Szeged. We welcomed our colleagues and students of technical higher education as guests. The following video was the introduction to the event (the video is Hungarian). If you're interested in the recipe for mulled wine, you can find it in the video or on Anti's website: mulled wine recipe
