Dr Annamária Kádár – Developing emotional intelligence

We could welcome three external presenters at our evolution Summit Budapest (earlier called Town Hall Meeting) event in 2021 based on our colleagues’ recommendations: Róbert Puzsér, Gábor Bazsó aka Karotta, and Dr Annamária Kádár were our guest speakers. Now, after a few months, I checked the statistics and was pleased to see that Annamária Kádár's performance has created a great buzz recently. We heard about emotional intelligence in her talk. I suppose the topic might seem an interesting choice as we are a software house. However, let me explain it to you. We almost invariably collaborate with others on projects of often incredibly large scale, the key question is how we can work together as people. For this, IQ is not enough, advanced EQ is regarded as a huge advantage - and it seems more and more employees are concerned about this topic.
