Generational talk with Krisztián Steigervald

It was an incredible experience to listen to Krisztián Steigervald, the generational researcher, in person. We were expecting a conversation but ended up in a generational journey full of insights. Whether you’re a leader or a university lecturer, whether you belong to Generation Alpha or X, the practical and useful assistance provided will contribute to the success of our future activities.

🎉To celebrate evosoft's 30th anniversary, we thought it was the perfect time to discuss generational conflicts. We invited Krisztián Steigervald, a renowned domestic researcher and expert on generational challenges, to join us for the occasion.

  • How can we bridge generational differences?

  • Who is considered young or old?

  • What are the differences in parental reactions to a child from the 1980s versus a child from 2025?

  • What knowledge can a boomer pass on to a cyber kid?

  • Why doesn't the generation that grew up with TikTok understand long meetings?

  • How can you be a good leader in the face of generational conflicts?

  • Not better, not worse, just different?

Why is it important for us at evosoft to understand each other, whether we belong to Generation Alpha, Z, X, or earlier generations?

👨‍🎓 For 15 years, evosoft's team of over 100 university and career orientation educators has been working daily to develop the next generation of engineers. A key part of this community service is the effective transfer of knowledge between generations, creating a digital, advanced future that serves the well-being of society, generation by generation, as a software development company.

Our goal is to build a bridge between industry and education, combining the values of the past with the practical knowledge of the present to shape the future together.

At the end of the presentation, we had the opportunity for Krisztián to personally sign two of his brilliant generational books for our colleagues.

For a bit of generational atmosphere, check out the video and photos from the event.
