evolution Summit Budapest, the professional conference of evosoft

EN

Every year we organize a professional event for our colleagues; it has become a tradition. We reinvent ourselves every now and then: we've taken a twist and turned the event into a modern, conference-style professional afternoon, hosted at our headquarters, Univerzum.

We invite several in-house and external speakers, some of whom present on software development and testing, but we also discuss topics related to motivation, mindset, or organizational leadership. The program has recently been enriched by setting up stands and panel discussions with different business sectors. We end the day with an informal evening chat in the office restaurant.

We never lack excellent professional presentations. As an organizer, I experience how much time and energy our colleagues invest in delivering the best performances on the stage. We have some recurring presenters and new and enthusiastic applicants inspired by previous years' presentations. We can compile a varied and diverse conference programme every time. We have seen issues coming to the foreground, engaging our colleagues, and raising further questions. Recognizing this, we organized a panel discussion session: colleagues were free to ask more in-depth questions of the speaker.

Besides our colleagues, the programme includes guest speakers each year. We have already had Priest Feri Pál, Dr. Annamária Kádár, and Gábor Bazsó (Karotta). We welcomed Dr. György Tilesch and one of the founders of the Onlife Management Podcast, Márton Berze on stage in 2022.

There were a lot of colleagues personally at out evoSummit conference.

Most of the presentations were interactive discussions. We did not let our audience get bored!

One of our guests was Dr. György Tilesch.

There were also light-hearted workshop discussions with our presenters.

We ended both days with light networking in the Univerzum HQ.
